NDIS Provider Near The Ponds

Ways We Can Help

NDIS Support Growing With The Ponds Community

Support Workers & Daily Living

Enable Hub provides in-home support workers who work around your household routine. Whether you need help with personal care, meals, household tasks or getting to appointments, we match you with someone who builds a consistent, familiar presence in your week, learning the way your household works and showing up reliably over time.

Community Participation & Weekend Activities

The Ponds has been built with community life in mind, with parks, walking paths and The Ponds Shopping Centre providing everyday convenience within the suburb itself. Your support worker can help you get out and make the most of what the area has to offer. Enable Hub also runs fortnightly Sunday outings for participants, giving you a regular, structured way to spend time with others outside the home.

Supported Independent Living

Enable Hub is SIL registered and provides support for people living in supported accommodation across the Hills District and Blacktown area, including The Ponds. Whether you are exploring SIL for the first time or looking for a different provider for an existing arrangement, we can walk you through what it involves and what your NDIS plan would need to include.

The Ponds & surrounds

A planned community built for families, with NDIS support that fits into it

The Ponds residential streetscape

The Ponds is a master-planned suburb that has developed from the mid-2000s onward, sitting between Kellyville, Stanhope Gardens and Quakers Hill on the edge of the Hills Shire and Blacktown LGA. The Ponds Shopping Centre provides everyday convenience within the suburb itself, and Kellyville Station on the Sydney Metro Northwest is accessible for residents looking to connect to the broader network. Good schools, open spaces and purpose-built community infrastructure have made the area popular with young families who are settling in for the long term, and the community that has grown up around it reflects that.

Enable Hub supports participants across The Ponds and the surrounding suburbs. Our support workers are available throughout the week for in-home assistance, personal care and community participation. As a newer suburb with strong family infrastructure and a growing community, The Ponds is a good base for building a consistent and sustainable support routine. We offer support coordination and recovery coaching if those lines are in your NDIS plan, and our fortnightly Sunday outings, coordinated by Lusi on our team, give participants a regular way to get out and connect with others. Give us a call to talk through what Enable Hub can offer you in The Ponds.
