You'll receive clear invoices you can submit for reimbursement, straightforward service agreements and the same consistent team as everyone else. If you're weighing up self-management against other options, we're happy to explain how each works with our services.

That's exactly what a first conversation is for. Tell us about your situation, your NDIS plan and what you're finding hard, and we'll point you towards the service or combination that fits. Sometimes the answer is simpler than people expect, one solid support worker rather than a suite of services. We'd rather recommend what you need than everything we sell.

No. Talking through your options costs nothing and carries no obligation to sign anything. We'll answer your questions, explain how funding applies to each service and give you an honest read on whether we're the right fit. If another provider would suit you better, we'll say so. Decisions this important deserve room to breathe, so take whatever time you need.

That works fine. We collaborate with coordinators from other organisations every week, keeping them updated and responding quickly so their job stays easy. You don't need to move your coordination to us to use any other service. If you'd prefer one team handling everything, that option exists too, but it's a choice, never a condition.

Of course. Families often bring context and questions that make the planning conversation better, and we're glad to have them involved. The participant stays in charge of every decision, including how big a role they play. We're comfortable working either way, whether that's a full family meeting around our table or a one-on-one conversation with just you.

It depends on the service and current availability, but we move quickly once we understand what you need. Many people begin support within a couple of weeks of their first enquiry, and urgent situations can sometimes move faster. SIL placements naturally take a little longer because getting the home and housemate fit right matters more than speed. Either way, you'll always know exactly where things stand.
