About Us

Our Story

Local People. Real Support.

Enable Hub is a registered NDIS provider based in Windsor, and our people have been supporting the Hawkesbury and Western Sydney community for over a decade. We've stayed deliberately small, which means decisions happen quickly, questions get answered by someone who knows you and nothing about your support gets lost in a system.

Anil Shrestha founded Enable Hub after years as a social worker in the region, where he kept seeing the same gap: providers that operated in the community without ever belonging to it. He set out to build something different, small enough to care about every person and capable enough to cover the full range of NDIS supports in one place. That's still the measure everything here at Enable Hub needs to achieve.

Why Enable Hub

What Makes Us Different

A Real Office You Can Visit

We're in the Riverview Shopping Centre on George Street, Windsor. Drop in, ask questions and meet us face to face before you decide anything.

Properly Qualified People

Every support worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, with many bringing five or more years of sector experience.

Families Kept in the Loop

Carers and family members are welcome in planning conversations and kept informed along the way, always at the level the participant chooses.

Straight Answers, Fast

Enquiries get a response within one business day, in plain language. If something isn't possible, we say so rather than leaving you guessing.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Compassion

Care that starts with listening. Your circumstances, preferences and worries are taken seriously before any plan gets written.

Strength-Based Support

We build on what you can already do, growing skills and independence instead of managing around limitations.

Inclusiveness & Respect

Every person is heard, valued and supported to live life on their own terms, whatever their background or communication style.
