NDIS Provider Near Schofields

Ways We Can Help

NDIS Support for People Living in Schofields

Support Workers & Daily Living

Enable Hub provides in-home support in Schofields, helping with daily tasks, personal care and household routines. You choose how your support hours are used, and your support worker builds a consistent presence around your schedule so that help feels familiar and reliable.

Community Access & Social Outings

Schofields Station on the Richmond Line makes it easy to reach activities and services across the northwest and into the city. Enable Hub can help you get out into the community, connect with local opportunities and join our fortnightly Sunday outings, where participants spend regular, relaxed time together outside the home.

Supported Independent Living

Enable Hub is SIL registered and supports people living in shared accommodation arrangements across northwest Sydney, including Schofields. Whether you are exploring SIL for the first time or looking for a different provider, we can talk through what that looks like in practice and what your NDIS plan would need to cover it.

Schofields & surrounds

New suburb, established support

Schofields residential streetscape

Schofields has grown quickly over the past decade, with Schofields Station on the Richmond Line connecting residents to Blacktown and the broader network, and newer community facilities, parks and retail filling in around the residential streets. Riverstone is right next door, Box Hill a short drive south and Quakers Hill close to the east. It is a suburb where a lot of families are building their lives, and for people living with disability, having access to the right support from the start is part of what makes that work.

Enable Hub supports participants across Schofields and the northwest corridor. Our support workers are available throughout the week for in-home assistance and community access, and we offer support coordination and recovery coaching if your NDIS plan includes those lines. Our fortnightly Sunday outings, coordinated by Lusi on our team, give participants a regular opportunity to get out and connect with others. Whether you are new to the NDIS or looking for a different provider, we are happy to talk through what we can offer and how that fits your plan.
