There are a lot of NDIS providers in Western Sydney. So why do so many participants and families choose Enable Hub? We could give you a list of services and ticked boxes, but honestly the reason comes down to something simpler: we treat people like people.
We’re a registered NDIS provider and a registered SIL provider. That registration matters because it means we’re accountable to the highest standards in the sector — but registration alone doesn’t make a great provider. How you show up every day does.
We Match on More Than Availability
Most providers match participants with whoever is available at that time. We do things differently. When we match a participant with a support worker, we consider language, cultural background, shared interests and personality alongside practical skills and availability.
Our team speaks English, Nepali, Hindi and Punjabi. For many of our participants, being able to communicate comfortably in their own language isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
Genuinely Registered and Accountable
Enable Hub is a registered NDIS provider and a registered SIL provider. Registration means our services are audited, our staff meet qualification and screening requirements, and participants have real recourse if anything goes wrong.
With the NDIS Commission mandating SIL provider registration from July 2026, choosing a provider who is already registered means you’re in safe hands now and into the future.
Local Knowledge, Real Connections
We’re based in Western Sydney and the Hawkesbury. We know the communities, the local services and the specific challenges participants in this region face. We’re not a large national provider managing participants from a call centre — we’re local and we’re accessible.
Our team serves participants across Richmond, Windsor, Penrith, Blacktown, Rooty Hill and surrounding areas.
Personalised, Not Templated
We don’t do one-size-fits-all support plans. Every participant who comes to us gets a genuine conversation about their goals, their life and what support would actually make a difference for them. Plans are reviewed regularly, communication stays open, and we adapt as participants’ needs and goals change over time.
The Enable Hub Difference
We’re compassionate without being patronising. We’re professional without being cold. We’re flexible without being unreliable. And we’re genuinely invested in the outcomes of every person we support.
If that sounds like the kind of provider you’ve been looking for, we’d love to talk.
